Outside is a toss up between the Burrow and Diagon Alley

Inside, hmm I'm not really sure if there is one particular place. What really interests me are all the secret rooms and passageways.

Inside: Most probably the Chamber of Secrets. I doubt it'd be just the room where it lead to the Statue of Salazar Slytherin. I'm sure there'd be more of it.
Outside: The Locked Door of the Department of Mysteries... or, the Department of Mysteries in general. Mysteries are always appealing.
