After Hogwarts Tom decided he wanted to be the greatest evil wizrd ever. Freshly gradulated, cauldron under one arm and wand in the other, he made a trip to knockturn ally...
he spent the day hanging flyers for henchmen and kicking random kittys to make sure everyone knew how seriously baddass he was.
then one of them attacked back, biting off his nose and running off with it... from then on Tom couldn't smell victory. And he was sad. Driven mad by his lack of smell he slowly turned into the withered yet strikingly handsome in a suit...great lord.

You forgot something. After the kitten bit off his nose he called himself HE WHO MUST NOT BE ASHAMED of not having a nose. they flubbed the name.
