I'm so excited. I get to graduate on time. :] I was going to have to take an online class online over the summer for the .5 of a credit I need, but I decided I didn't want to. I wrote a letter and printed out a bunch of documents about the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, then went to the Guidance Department and to my homeroom teacher, and they set up an appeals meeting for me on Monday after some discussion and a review of my transcript and 504. The guidance counselor said there is no way my appeal will be denied, so I'll graduate with my class next friday. 
Soz if that sounds confusing. But I'm graduating! I had to share! !!!

It basically just meant that my school did a lot of things that they shouldn't have, so they're graduating me to keep me from suing! Tyvm! <3

Seriously! It was ridiculous. I had 25.5, but needed 26 to graduate. I got an A+ on the final exam for the class I lost the .5 of a credit in, which makes it even sillier.

I was absent/late to school too many times. The losing credit for that happens a lot, but not to me. I'm always over my absence limit, but never lose my credit. To get the credit back I just need to prove that my absences/tardies are caused by mental illness. Which will be super easy.

in my school we need 30 credits to pass high school including 40 hours of Volunteering and a literacy exam

Whoa. We can't earn more than 32, the way it's set up. And we have to have 24 hours of community service + completion of senior project. ;o I had everything I need, except for that .5 of a credit.
