When I was a student and saw a professor I'd always smile and say 'hi.' We had this one guy who would get so flustered if a student said hello to him outside of class, I loved doing it just to watch him get all frazzled.
Snape would probably be one of my project professors - any time I had a professor who was kind of distant and unemotional it became my personal goal to get them to smile or say hello back to me by the end of the year.
It would be hard for to resist engaging Snape in a discussion of his hair care regime.

I don't know if I'd want to get all chummy with Snape. I mean even though we know he's a good guy and all, he's still so weird and mean. I wouldn't ignore him though if he walked up to me in the hallway or anything - I'd probably just say hi too as another person posted above.

I guess it'd depend what house you was in.

If you was in Slytherin you'd say hi, or smile or whatever.

Any other house you'd probably just walk straight past!

Um, I'd probably be one of those freaky students that get crushes on their professors, I mean it's Snape. He's amazing. I would definitely be one of them so yeah I'd probably walk back and be like "hello Professor Snape." *blush* lol

I have shoulder length black hair. I could always dress completely in black then run up to him and yell "Oh my god! Twins!!"
