"Expelliarmus!" Matthew cried, a jet of red light flashed out from the tip of his wand.
The spell hit Jemma, hard. Her wand was thrown up into the air as she was pushed back by the force of the spell.
"G-good job." She grimaced as she crawled to pick up her wand.
Matthew grinned and strolled over to Jemma, he offered a hand and helped her up.
"Your getting better..." Jemma started.
"Getting better? Hell, I am the best." Matthew smiled, joking, she hoped.
"Dont get to full of yourself Matt. If a few people in my house heard that they wouldn't be so happy..."
"Hufflepuffs?" Matthew laughed.
"What could they do, your wasting your talent in there. You should have been put in Ravenclaw, with me." He added, grinning.
"Hey - I may be leagues better then some of them but its still my house!" she snarled back.
"Yellow till I die, buddy." she added.
"Whatever. Hey, what do you have next?" Matthew asked, eyeing his wand.
"Defence Against The Dark Arts." she replied as she walked over to where they had left their bags and picked hers up.
"You?"
"Same as silly." Matthew smiled.
"I cant stand Professor Benen!" Jemma mumbled as Matthew walked over and picked up his bag.
"He's awesome." Matthew shot back.
"I suppose you just really gotta love the subject." she sighed.
"Lets go."
Matthew nodded and they walked towards the fabled, Defence Against The Dark Arts lesson.
"Welcome Students." grinned Benen as everybody took their seats, he was wearing a black robe with his wand out stretched.
"What are we doing toda-" asked a bright Ravenclaw girl who Matthew had always fancied.
"Crucio!" Benen screamed, pointing at the girl.
After that, everything happened really fast, the girl cast a shield charm, three boys, including Matthew jumped up and attempted to disarm the teacher.
"Good... Good." Benen grinned as he walked forward towards his wand.
"Stop!" Matthew cried.
"What the hell do you think your doing?!" he added, "Incendio!"
A large blue fire appeared in front of the Professor.
"It was only a test..." Benen replied, trying to think of a water-producing spell.
"What the hell do you mean?!" cried the Ravenclaw girl.
"Yeah." seconded one of the boys that stood up to disarm him.
"Petrificus Totalus" added the third boy.
"You.. you have just cast spells upon a teacher!" Benen cried.
"Yeah, when you were trying to torture a student!" Matthew replied, still holding his wand towards the teacher.
"It was... Nevermind!"
"Finite Incantatum" He muttered softly, as he walked over to the girl and apologized.
He strode the the front of the room and Matthew sat down, so did everyone else.
"Good work students, you disarmed me and ... binded me within a flash, good work to young Miss Kethal for casting that shielding spell." He announced as he looked down at his students.
Jemma mouthed 'Hes a weirdo' to Matthew, Matthew kept his wand out ready for anything.
"Today were going to learn the spell, Finite Incantatum" As you just saw, it stops any current spells. Excellent for defending yourself in my opinion." he winked.
"Now ill need an opponent..."
Matthew raised his hand high into the air.
"Matthew, you'll do. Come up here."
Matthew left his seat and walked slowly towards the professor at the front of the room.
"Now cast any spell on me."
"Avada!" Matthew started, the Professor went pale.
"Only kidding." Matthew grinned.
"Expecto Patronum!" he screamed.
A giant white light filled the room as a white Fox appeared. _________________ ~ Wtf Is Harry Potter ~
