Not quite. I was raised Roman Catholic, didn't get my Confirmation 'cause my 'rents split and all religion was lost. Now I am Agnostic, so I believe in the possibility of a deity, or many but, as there is no proof and I've been without religious people in my life for a fair while, I haven't subscribed to one particular religion. If anything, I would go back to the Catholic Church.
I believe in science, and everything we have found to be the most accurate I take in, everything with less proof I am interested in to learn but not to absorb, where this fits in with my religious beliefs? I don't believe that humans are the be all and end all, I believe our lives are as important as any other living thing that has and will exist known or unknown, I also believe that our humanitarianism is good on principal but because we have so much knowledge, or at least believe we do, that we have a duty to our creator, to protect everything else he has created as long as it doesn't force our own species to extinction.
