I think that too, the trickiest card to get right and get a great deal out of it is definately Inferno Tempest.

I find people that use cards that deal direct lifepoint damage are skill-less.

Or have no monsters.

Inferno Tempest is a card that destroys all people's deck while they have their hand and their graveyard. They play with that, but you have to sacrifice half your life-points, but, I've only got a good hand 2/9 times. Hard isn't it. But weirdly I won eight of them!

.. sounds like the kind of card that would be banned from officially playing sessions.

The card only destroys monsters, by the way, so they stillhave their magic and traps. >_>

Haha! I just found out that it is actually a Spell Card. I must of been thinking of Return From the Different Dimension, which was the trap that I should have said.

Pay half your Life Points. Special Summon as many of your monsters as possible that have been removed from play on your side of the field. During the End Phase, remove from play all yhat were Special Summoned by this effect

I'm looking at my cards now.

Another Spell Card I like is Mesmeric Control:

During your opponent's next turn after you activate this card, your opponent cannot change battle positions of monsters.

Gryphon's Feather Duster is a great way to get rid of useless spells and traps on your side of the field:

Destroy all Spell and Trap Cards on your side of he field. Increase your Life Points by the number of destroyed cards x500 points.

I really like Royal Decree.

It cancels out ALL traps activated on the field as long as Royal Decree is active. Unfortunately, it also means your traps too, so you can pull come pretty stupid moves if you forget it's there. XD

I'll just use Magic Jammer, can't use it Trap or the spell Harpie's Deather Duster which destroys all Traps and Spells.

I agree, I don't play Yu-Gi-Oh much anymore. Last duel I did was two months ago, mucking around with my friend's brother, I beat him! He spat it. Then I versed my freiend, I beat her.

I remember my weak, great effect monster. It was so helpful for Return from the Different Dimension trap card. It could remove 3 cards from your field from play. I normally did a strong, strong, weak. Then I used my other, strong, strong, weak. And used Return from the Different Dimension and flogged them. I was 2nd best at school.
