If your not too skilled with HTMLs and don't want to waste time finding skins for it, I'd recommend www.freeforums.org , like DM.
InvisionFree takes way too much time to find a skin. With freeforums they have a whole list for you to find whatever you would want too.
Also they just released a beta version of phpBB3 which you could use as well.
They also have a great support service.

Well you could use www.ipbfree.com like our forums, if you pick ipb, i can assist you setting up.

I actually have a phpbb board but it's so limited compared to invisionfree. Someone told me invision power board was like invisionfree but hosted by a different company but if it's hackable like invisionfree then I see no point in truing.
