i was reading on mugglenet before the book came out a list if thing we were supposedto know for sure that would happen in DH
they were things like: the fact that harry has lily's eyes will be really important, we will find out the real reason why some people become ghosts, someone will learn to do magic late in life.
except alot of them didn't happen. i know the one about the person doing magic late in life has already been answered, but does any one know about any of the others??

the first four are revealed, the one about petunia could be similar to lily, that she met snape when she was a kid or the thing that she didnt say to harry before seeing him for the last time, it wasnt in the book but it was on an interview
the rest of the Character Information and all of the Plot Information does happen as far as i can see
the word scar was of course changed, the ghosts thing isnt very clear but i guess it means something like ppl dying with unresolved issues or not wanting to die, that wasnt really explained and the rest is all in the book
so i dont get what you're asking

harry's eyes were important to snape, its the last thing he wiched to see before dying, i think that was a really intense moment and the ghost part you're correct, it was never properly explained, but im sure its pretty much a very abstract concept

The ghost one was answered in Order of the Phoenix (by Nearly-Headless Nick). JKR said in an interview that she originaly planned to have the answer to this in book 7 but moved it to book 5.

Character Information
* We will find out something "incredibly important" about Lily Potter.
This is really vague. I'm guessing it has to do with her and Snape being friends? Really vague.
* R.A.B's identity will be revealed.
This was answered, it's Regulus, Sirius's brother.
* We will discover more about Dumbledore's past.

Someone answered this, but just to sound repetitive, but just to sound repetitive, Harry had her eyes, which was a constant reminder to Snape that he wanted to protect him. Harry's eyes were the last thing Snape wanted to see before he died because they looked like Lily's. When Harry first saw Snape, he saw Snape look right into his eyes.

At least? AT LEAST! It was a bloodbath!!!!

As someone above said, Nearly Headless Nick explained this in OotP. This was also mentioned again in DH when the Grey lady told her story about her and the baron.

Well, most of the characters. They left out the part where George marries GinnyX and Fred wasn't really dead. He just faked his death and ran off to be alone with Arabella and their 800 cats.

You know what was really gay?
No more Quidditch.
It was like SUPA IMPORTANTZZZ in the first book, meh in the second and third.
No where to be seen (at hogwarts) in the later books.

Why? There was Quidditch in all the books except the seventh (even in GoF there was the world cup).

I can't imagine why Dudley would go to Hogwarts.
My wager would be on Mrs. Figg finding wome source of magic within her in order to get to the final battle.

i actually think it could have been possible. dudly might have been accepted, then he would stop hating harry because he'd realise how good he is and stuff like that, and mr and mrs dursley would at first be sort of confused but then be very accepting of dudly AND harry.
i really would have liked this to happen, but i'm still happy with how the series turned ot.

He's not really studious, so I couldn't see him excelling. I'd pit him in the same group as Crabbe and Goyle. |
