I would like to begin making youtube videos but Im unsure what the best program is for ripping a DVD. Can anyone make a suggestion?
I was also wondering what would be the best program for converting the DVD VOB files to suitable files that will allow me to edit scenes from the DVD?
Please post any suggestions or links that you think might be helpful. _________________ It's Not Over!

^Right now I have a Toshiba lap-top but I can also use my parents computer, which is a Dell. They both have Windows Vista. Anything else you want to know? _________________ It's Not Over!

^Yes, I need a program to rip DVDs to my comp. Then I will need a second program to convert the DVD vob file to a different type of file that will enable me to cut and edit the DVD for my own videos.
Any suggestions? _________________ It's Not Over!

^You can use Windows Movie Maker to make videos but not rip DVDs and then convert them.
Does anyone use, 1, a program that rips DVDs and, 2, a program that converts them from vob file format? _________________ It's Not Over!
