So, Me and My Girlfriend were walking around the dollar store when we came across Harry Potter "Booster packs". I pointed it out, being the hp nerd I was, and laughed. She quickly snatched them and bought them even though i kept saying no. There actually pretty cool and I was wondering if anyone else had seen these around. There are two different kind of booster packs. I picked up the qudditch one. Ermm, It's made by the same company who made Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. Anyways, Here are the pics ! we have dollar stores in canada but i dont think u could find these rare card games in a dollar store. Thats totally rare or maybe luck

Maybe I should buy like...The whole rack being that there only a dollar and send everyone a card. Very Happy

There was atrading card game that came out with the first movie, and the cards looked just like this. I have a whole bunch packed away in my "special HP crate." The game was a lot like that Dungeons and Dragons game. I've never played D&D, but I've watched people play it, and the concept is very similar. I used to play the HP card game with my cousin. I didn't know that they still made the cards. I haven't seen them in a long time.

I have a couple of different games in my box. One of them was actually just a quidditch card game. Maybe I'll dig them out later and post them on here.

i remember when these were out. lol its discontinued now and they didnt make it past the CoS booster expansion. However, they are still findable online

that actually looks like fun and now that I got my best friend hooked on HP I'll have someone to play with if I can find them anywhere

I went to that website on the back of the packaging, and they don't even have the HP cards on it any more. I think it is so odd that you managed to find some in a store.

Wait a minute! You don't suppose that these cards will actually be collectors items one day . . . worth money?

I don't know but each pack is sold for a dollar and if they are I am getting the better end of the bargain. They have packs upon packs.

I went to the dollar store today to pick up some stuff for my friend's bridal shower... and I was waiting in line, staring at the candy and other random stuff... when I saw a bunch of these cards. I picked up a few for myself. Smile

you know whats weird. i had a book full of these cards like when the first movie came out. (i've been obsessed for a long time) like a frikkin book!! bu ti never played them, just collected. lol but i don't know what happened to them!

i brought some in a hobby shop. i don't play with them(coz i don't know how) just collected coz im such a harry potter geek and ever since i was i kid i started collecting harry potter stuffs. i don't think they'll have those in the shop anymore coz the last time i brought a few packs was about a year ago. my cards are all kept in a secret box and some of my spare cards were used as decorations for my photo album.
