wouldnt it be a cool idea to go beyond the years? like after 7th year you go on to become other stuff/ like "Auror" or "Ministry wizard" etc.

agreed that would be very good 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th after 500 posts go to staff member than after 750 go to ministry wizard than over 1,000 high minister official

something like that than the admen could be head master instead of admin
