well they are both very mean women after all

im with you here, i dont like either, but i would consider narcissa less of a threat than bella, both because she's not as bad as bellatrix and she seems more sane and because i dont think narcissa ever killed anyone, since she's not a death eater

Of course bellatrix is worse then narcrissa.
I dont think that Cissy has it in her to be worse then bella. Cissy cares too much about her family.
Plus the fact that

If voldy would have asked bella to check if harry was really dead in DH instead of cissy, do you really think that bella would have saved Harrys life?

I think narcissa is much better, at least she can show some compassion towards someone, even if its only Draco Wink

Bella is Worse. Narcissa actually has a caring bone in her body. She spared Harry Potter just for information that her son was alive.

I never really liked either but if I had to choose between the two it would definatly be Narcissa she's at least sane and can be reasoned with. Besides while Bella is obsessed with Voldie Narcissa puts her son before everything else

Cissy did show in the end that her love for her son was more important than her loyalty to Voldemort. Yes Bella was nuts, but she was driven by her love for Voldemort, so they're really the same in that sense.
