It's pretty simple. Here is what each symbol means.
I found it on tamacraze101

< Something true about YOU.
V Just a random question.
Here is an example: (pretend DarMonkey is above me)
^ Great Administrator!
< Likes Hermione Granger
V Likes Harry Potter books?
The person below me would have to like the Harry Potter books. If they don't, then they don't post. That would be breaking the rules.
