but i still say it was the first... he preferred to betray voldie and protect lily, rather than savor the death of james... he was pretty much indifferent to his death...

I actually dont like it very much either but if you look carefully in all the pics they are all about snape loving lily but not of lily loving snape back, i think snape was better for her and i like harry as he is 
but what i really like is the fact that snape could really love with such an intensity, it is really what makes him stay with the goodies and stops him from embracing the dark arts, as dumble said, it's the best part of him
so that's what this thread is about, the best side of severus snape
