I had to go with Christian Bale. He wins because his movie was by far the best. If not him, probably Keaton because of the history (Adam West's TV Batman was lame -- mainly because of the limitations when it was made). Batman Begins is in my Top 10 favorite movies.

I looooooooooove Christian Bale, and he was a cool batman. but I had to go with Adam West. I find it hard to really enjoy the serious batmans...I mean they're nice but not great, but camp batman fills me with joy, and he makes a really funny mayor too Wink

Christian Bale is my favorite batman! i absolutly adore him in general but i respect that fact that he was able to revive the series after it had been looking pretty dismal for so long. However for nostalgic purposes Adam west is awesome and I love Tim Burton's Batman.

I LOVED Christian Bale as Batman... I pretty much love him in general. I also like George Clooney and Michael Keaton. I did not like Val Kilmer's Batman. And I think Adam West makes a better mayor than a Batman.

I love Michael Keaton.

Adam West is funny though...but I don't like him as Batman. Christian Bale is a VERY close second.

Val Kilmer needs to stick to Madmardigan

I like Michael Keaton the best cos he was the first batman ever in the first two movies. Batman forever which had Val Kilmer and Batman and Robin which had George Clooney were little kiddish movies made to be aimed towards YOUNG KIDS since batman 1 and 2 were assumed to be TOO DARK. Well they were the best and most serious movies. The NEW ones tho with Christian Bale are cool cos they r serious and Bale is a great actor BUT I have to stick with my main man Mikey! Cool

Bale plays the best Batman. It isn’t even a contest.

Kilmer and Clooney just sucked, but Keaton played a decent Batman. He was far from the best though. His Batman wasn’t always in-character. If I recall correctly, he blew up the Chemical factory while there people still inside it, and in Returns he killed several criminals. He even smiled when he killed that fat guy. There was also that Bell tower scene where he smashes a guy’s head into the bell and throws him down.

Em...Last time I checked, I thought Batman was SUPPOSED to be a DARK Hero meaning that the few MURDERS and UNNECESARY VIOLENCE is BOUND to happen Laughing Razz He aint exactly Spiderman or super fairy is he now? Rolling Eyes

Batman never resorts to killing. That’s one of his most enduring character traits. In fact, he gets pissed off whenever another hero resorts to killing, or overstep their bounds (mind wiping villains/altering their personalities to make them less threatening). He shunned Wonder Woman after she killed Max Lord, even though Lord had Superman almost kill Batman, and if Wonder Woman hadn’t shown up, Superman would have killed Batman.

And Super Fairy ain’t such a friendly guy.

Spoiler:

Yes, he can be violent at times, but he never resorts to killing. That was my point.

Bale all the way!! He is able to show the darkness and struggles that his character needs. None of the others couldn't show that.

I have to say George Clooney...because I STILL haven't seen Batman Begins. Apparently it's good. Michael Keaton was alright...but I hate Val Kilmer and I can't even remember the other guy lol.
