I think a Bellatrix/Hermione duel would be very interesting. Bellatrix knows the Cruciatus Curse well and tortures people, and Hermione's very intelligent.

They are my favorite chars (a fact I keep yelling aloud) of the bad and good side respectively... Bellatrix, even if an obsessive mad woman, is really powerful and what we call here CRAAZEEH while Moody is.. well... I would like to see him in some Old School fight, where he overpowers half the Death Eaters.

I'd like to see Sirius Vs. Voldemort. I think Sirius deserves some revenge for Voldemort killing his best friend. Also I think an interesting match-up would be Sirius Vs.
