In the book 7(whoever read it of you all),it was said Snape was in love with Lilly(Harry's mommy).Did you ever think about what would happen if Lilly married Snape instead of James Potter(Harry's father).
Who would you prefer?

What would happen is that we wouldn`t have famous Harry Potter. Snape would be happy, dancing, boring prick and we`ll wouldn`t love him. The story would be completely different.
So I think Lily should havebeen wiht Jamesjust likeshe was. But I do feel a bit of pity towards Severus.

Like ^ said, the series depends on Lily marrying James. I feel so bad for severus, and I do think that James was a pompous jerk. I just don't think that Severus was better than James. They were both jerks, but James did grow out of it. People change, and James changed for the better.

Severus chosen what he chosen.Although I still feel soory for him.On the end he was a victim.

If Lily had married Snape, there would be no Harry Potter.
James bullied Snape, which was really wrong of him. But Snape bullied Harry, who was half his size, a third his age, and all because he was James's son. I would feel bad for Snape, if he hadn't been so mean to Hermione and Neville, as well.

im going with james, snape bullies 11 years old being in his late 30s, that seems even worse than or at least just as bad as what james did to him

I definatly think James is the right choice. Think about it:
Yes, James was a poo-head to Snape and he was rather arrogant in bits of life. But he actually had the bravery, courage, and kindness to save Snape's life when they were what - 15?
And Snape didn't care about James and Harry years later, and wouldn't save them.
Yes, I pity Snape. We pity those we hate, and I hate Snape simply because he only wanted to save Lily. He wanted her for himself, and he didn't care if James and Harry had to die to get her.

Snape. Lily could've gotten a divorce from James after Harry was born, and got married to Snape. If they were still alive, that is. I'm a huge Snape/Lily shipper.

James changed just because of Lily, but he never change towards Snape. He was still hexing him whenever he had a chance. He was still a jerk.

I voted Snape because I like his character more then I do James's. Even though i know its not fair since we don't know alot about James.
I thought Dumbledore made Remus Lupin headboy hoping that he might be able to calm down James and Sirius's behavior????

We do have proof, actually. In OotP when Harry was talking with Sirius and Lupin through the Fire in Grimmaul Place. Sirius or Remus said that Snape was that special case and he never missed a chance to curse him. Althought, yes. Snape didn`t miss a chance too. Lily didn`t see it because James wasn`t actually taking Snape along with him when` going to dates.
