I witnessed my brother pop one of his pimples once. It was huge and on his forehead, my friend and I kept laughing at him, and he said, "SCREW THIS, I'M POPPING IT." And then, right in the middle of a resteraunt, he pops the pimple and gets this white pus all over his hand. So gross. He even continued eating his food after that. My friend was all, "God, that was gross, Daniel."
I'm assuming it'd be just as bad with a blister.
