It reminds me of this thing at my last job, there was a chart on the wall and it was what to say if you get a customer complaint, it was so terrible, and it's the kind of thing where if you had actually read it out you'd be like "I apologise for Dome's mistake, name of customer.. etc" No one paid any attention to it though.

If you would like to add something on I think that's fine but for the most part we don't want people really changing/editing name titles. I hope you understand that the forums has rapidly grown and there are topics made everyday. This could cause confusion for the staff.
