Whoo! Loveless!
I've seen it and I've read a lot of the manga (scanlation sites are amazing.)
It is a bit confusing if you just watch the anime just because it leaves you hanging.
Um... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loveless_%28manga%29 explains everything pretty well. Gotta love the wiki. <3
As for an opinion, it's pretty awesome. It's a bit on the boy/boy or Shounen-ai side but the world and storyline are both very interesting. If you are interested then the scanlation site that I commonly go to is

Oh. I almost brought that from the book store the other day. It looks interesting.
