Don't you think it is kind of funny that in the end of the first movie that Hagrid is playing the on of the theme songs to Harry Potter on his flute? I did.

Did anybody else ever notice this?

Of course I noticed it, I think that was a funny little bit they added. Hagrid can play the flute and then he showed his stuff!

It's the part where Harry, Ron, and Hermione have just finished their exams... they are waling through the courtyard when Harry realizes how fishy it is that the one thing Hagrid wants is a Dragon's egg... and some mysterious person happens to have one in his pocket. The trio runs through the courtyard and approach Hagrid's hut... Hagrid is sitting on his front step playing the flute. The tune he is playing is Hedwi'g Theme.

I don't think some of you guys understood what I meant... I meant that don't you think it's strange that someone inside the movie would be playing the theme song to the movie-the song that really isn't supposed to be physically associated with the characters.

It's not strange.. it's called an "inside joke." I was something for the cast and crew to giggle about, and then later on the audience (us) can enjoy it.
