My discution wont be very fresh though, Finals this week, Not much time to read. But I've read it befor and It should be fine.
Are we going to discusse it a few chapters at a time. or just the whole book at once. _________________ Name:Nathan Wolgeth

I think we all have read the book at least once, so maybe we should just go ahead and do the entire book this weekend? What do you who are in the club feel? _________________

Let's hope it works, for Hogwarts sake, let's hope to god it works... I just wanted to go for some dramatic effect. _________________ Name:Nathan Wolgeth

If I said it in a deep accent like Sean Connery, it would sound pritty dramatic...I think at least.

Ok, first i wanted to apologize. I know that this has taken a while to get underway, but i have constructed a schedule that i think will work that we can follow each week. I'm gonna post it here, plus PM it to all the members so everyone will look at it. Here it is...
Book Club Schedule For Each Week
Sun: We will talk about and discuss what book to read for the next week. It is ok if you have already read the book, just talk about what you remember from reading it.
Mon-Thur: You can post questions and things you may like to asks or talk about. BUT EVERYTHING FOR THESE DAYS MUST GO IN SPOILER WARNINGS BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE MAY HAVE NOT READ THAT PART YET. So before the spoiler warning post which chapter, page or something like that so we know if we can look at it.
Fri and Sat.: These will be the 2 main discussion days. You can post whatever you want and for these 2 days the discussion will be just about the book that we read that week.
Sunday may also be a discussion of last weeks book, but we do also need to use that day to pick out another book. If you cannot get a copy of the book that we pick (though we will try to pick one that every one can get a hold of ) then it’s not the end of the world, just participate as much as you can that week. We will try our hardest not to leave people out. Because of the fact that we do have boys and girls in the club we should try to pick books that will appeal to both. Some longer books may also take 2 weeks, but we can deal with that when the problem comes about.
And it’s not like these rules have to be followed exact things on exact days or you will be kicked out. This is just a template that I thought would work. If you have other ideas, just PM me or treehugger14 and we’ll try to take care of it.
Treehugger14 and I were thinking that The Golden Compass would be a good book to start out with. Thanks for all your time! _________________

alrighty, the book we're reading is The Golden Compass by: Philip Pullman. I don't think there is a way to finish this in a week, but Nimbus hasn't told me yet. IN my edition of the book there are 300 pages. So i guess read as much as you can until further notice. Thank you! _________________

Yea, my edition has 350 so i think tree is right, 2 weeks is appropriate for a book like this. _________________

OK, but it's going to take me longer to read it because I can only read it at night. Parent problem. No worries though. _________________ Name:Nathan Wolgeth
