i actually don't have an ipod, i have a sandisk sansa. 2gb. has about 350 songs on it and i've only used up half the memory.

Do you like it? What do you use to download the songs? Can you only download from a CD, or can you download from a music library? I was thinking of getting one of these for my nephew's sister, but I am afraid to get it if I don't know much about it.

^^ oh, i just used windows media player. I ripped the songs from the cd's and then just "synced" it to the mp3 player. I think it is easier than the ipod. And, I guess you could use iTunes if you wanted, like if you download a song from there or something. But, it was really easy and the sansa i got, now it's only like $80. But, yeah.

I'm using apple ipod, and I think it's easy to use. Just plug in the USB cable, and then It will appear on My Computer, just like when you plug in a thumbdrive, you know? Then transfer the song into it.

My friend got the new iPod nano and it took forever to put her songs onto iTunes for Media player.

ya i know. but you have to store them all in your pc afterwards. you cant erase them. otherwise the next time you put in a new song, all the other songs, and movies, in your ipod will get deleted

No Microsoft = devil. Anyway yeah that's kind of the point HBP. You keep the songs so you can listen to them on your PC whenever you want, kinda the concept with anything.

I heard that the Zune sucked. That when you transfer songs from one person to another, like it said you can do, you can only listen to the song like 3 times before you have to buy it. And that is only with certain songs, some you can't even share because of the copyright. but, that's just what i heard.

i have an iphone so i dont use an ipod. I just DL all of my songs,picutres and videos onto it.
