In OotP when Harry Teaches the D.A. that they all say he's a good teacher
Harry wants to be an Auror. But he doesn't like the Ministry much.

i think that he'll quit wanting to be an Auror and want to become a teacher at Hogwarts.

i don't know if i agree with you there. harry was really upset that he couldn't become an auror when he didn't pass his potions with an O. But once he found out that he could take it because of Professor Slughorns new policy he quickyl said yes and didn't pass it up.

I don't think Harry would be a teacher, I think he wants to get out of Hogwarts as soon as he can now that Dumbledore is gone.

I think that he is going to try and be an Auror because he hates Voldemort and wants to kill him.

I think he means that he thinks that Harry will play Quidditch for England Very Happy

I think that he will become an auror, but since Voldemort is gone, they don't have much to do, so he'll be a teacher and an auror. (but more auror than teacher Very Happy)

I hope he becomes a teacher

a little thing tho, notice. Him and Young Voldy (tom riddle) both feel that Hogwarts is more of a home than where they actually lived. that could be foreshadowing.

I agree with you.

Even if he doesn't become a teacher, I don't think he will be an Auror.

I can see Harry becoming an Auror and one of the best ever; but years down the line, he will become DADA teacher and he will then again, be one of the best teachers ever.

well you gotta take into consideration a few things

alot of children read these books. J.K.R. knows that. they read it because its a good series an because the theme of good vs. evil. if she kills harry, she'll lose alot of th growing fan base. parent WILL stop letting their children read because they'll be getting the wrong message

A lot of people think it's sending out the wrong message anyways. And how cliche do you think it would be if Harry kills Voldemort and everyone lives happily ever after. I think JKR is too good of a writer for that.

she wont kill harry off. she wont let voldy win. its the kids she's reaching. alot of parents and teachers think it sends a good message. and if she wants to keep selling even after the series is over then she'll keep the good message.

Not everything has a happy ending. I've read a lot of books where the ending was nothing as I had expected but I still thought they were really good because the author was very talented and the fact that I was surprised. But that's just my theory. And I think it's more adults than kids that are reading Harry Potter. Because they can understand it better than a third grader can.

Well, LotR has a sortof Unhappy/Happy ending, the main character saves the world, but he is 'damaged' by doing so.
