if they're going to do fillers I wish they would animate the Kakashi gaiden that would at least be interesting...as opposed to naruto on a mission with shio to not laugh at a funeral

Yeah, the current ones have boring protagonists IMO. Who would be interested? It's like random guys.

I usually do too, but a few episodes back, Naruto tried to train for his new Air-chakra skill with Sora, and I'm not liking how they're trying to mix in some of the main story with fillers. Either way, I'm mainly a Manga man.

I could definitely see that...but hell, if they do another time-skip with an Adult Naruto, maybe hokage? I'd watch it regardless.

I think they may be going for a climax involving Pein, or Sasuke and Konoha. It's a bit spread out right now to make an accurate guess though. I'd give it a good 100 or more chapters though.

Well, that might be true if you convert it to episodes. I say chapters because, as far as I know, there are no fillers in the manga. There don't need to be. That's why I love it.

Yeah, fillers included, Naruto can easily grow to something like One Piece. *shudder*

I dont think I ever even watched a full episode of one piece I would catch bits and pieces but I didnt like the animation so I couldnt get into it

I agree with that. I've tried watching it several times (mostly when I've been bored), but I can never get going. The animation and character designs are horrid. There's only 1 guy I like there, and that would be Mihawk.

Did you catch Shigurui? It was also done by Madhouse. Pretty Brutal...but pretty, in a macabre sort of way.

is that the one that has something to do with some sword fighting tournament? If its the one I'm thinking of the style animation sort of reminded me of Ninja Scroll...also another very good anime

Yes, I love Ninja Scroll, the movie. And yes, Shigurui is the the Sword fighting tournament. At 12 episodes, it leaves many, many things unfinished. I honestly thought there was going to be a...second season or something.

I figure they end some to gain readers on the manga side (I figure that's what they did with Tenjou Tenge, Air gear, and Berserk). Shigurui though, I have no idea what they planned with that.

probably since people would go out and buy the manga to see what happened...I really wished they had continued inuyasha though that was a good series

I'm gonna be honest, I stopped watching Inuyasha once I figured out that it's pretty much the same old thing every episode. The ending wasn't surprising considering the rest.
