She whined less. Razz

She had nothing to whine about. He few flaws were magically erased. I wouldn't whine, either.

I was thrilled tbh. I can't stand bella. How someone could write a character that's so utterly annoying unintentionally is BEYOND me.

Harry had his bursts of emotion and bitchiness, but we all love him...

well, Harry had a personality, too. Bella lacked that trait.

I wonder what songs they'll sing in ''Twilight The Musical''

They should make a Harry Potter one...it might be more exciting then Twilight

Yup. I read it yesterday on a Twilight site. There's a website about the musical.

anways back on topic....

Wow, calm down guys.

There are harry Potter musicals... not official ones, though. But if you go onto youtube you can see random fanmade ones, lol.

Arabella, you think that's bad, you should read Midnight Sun...

Spoiler:

The whole time....Edward:
She is so selfless.... I can't believe how selfless she is...selfless.... selfless...selfless....
For someone who is supposed to be so smart, he sure is dense. He would be stunned if he could read her thoughts and saw for himself that she is just like every other girl.

I think I was just talking to Zenny about Bella's personality...
Seriously, what do we know about her? Her likes, dislikes?

Dislikes:
dancing
blood
horror movies
romance movies
television
small towns
precipitation
greenery (grass, trees, etc)
marriage
gifts

Likes:
Edward
books about romance
Romeo and Juliet
Debussy

With all the things she complains about not liking, it's a wonder she managed to squeeze in anything she does like. Four books, mostly told in her pov, and all we get is a list of things she doesn't like.
Feel free to add onto that list...

We weren't just discussing anything, because you abandoned all of us for like a week. I was about to call the NYPD to put out a missing person's report.

You forgot to add one more dislike to your list . . . Anyone who is not immortal and perfect.

Also, she likes tidal pools. And dislikes gym/any sport. She has the most BORING personazlity EVER!I mean if SMeyer is going to write a book, couldn't she have made the character somewhat interesting?

Oh wow... she hates gym and sports. There is an original concept for a female character in a book.

Seriously, she hates so much stuff... she is so disagreeable, lol.

erm... *glances nervously at Zenny*

The thing that gets to me is, in real life studious people who like to read at least seem to have interests... they have many likes and a few dislikes. They aren't rude to people who are nice to them and they are at least interesting to talk to. The only time Bella talks is when it's about herself or Edward.
But to have no other outside interests... she never goes on the computer, she hates tv, she doesn't like to go to the movies...
What did her and Edward do for fun? They sat in silence or talked about themselves. She got mad when he took her out to dinner in Seatle. The only time we see them spend quality time together they are either on a bed talking about Bella or filling out college applications for Bella. That might be the most boring relationship ever. Imagine... spending every afternoon with the one you love pointlessly filling out college applications wishing he would just kill you already.

Well, I can't really participate that much in the conversations, since I've only read the first two books, but I'm almost afraid to say that I like them, by how much you diss Bella in here.

But I would have to say that I actually agree with some of the stuff you've said. I never thouht about it but you're all right on many of the points you make.

I'd still like to read the other two books though, now that I've started it I'd like to finish it.
Does anyone know how many books Meyer is planning on doing? Is the fourth one the last one or what? And please dont tell me how they end.. Smile

My youngest sister is into the Twilight series and I think that's because she hates everything in the world, too.

As for how many books in the series, my sister said she heard there will be five.

five. wow.. oh well then I have something to read way into the future. Since I won't buy them I have to use the library to read them, and there's like 8 months waiting period to get them, so with that rate it'll be years before I finish the series. hehe Smile

there are four books. she had planned to write the first book again but from Edward's perspective but that one has been postponed indefinitely due to an attack of the vapors.

Wow, this made me feel even more sorry for Edward. It was bad enough that he was in love with someone totally selfish and annoying, but someone who doesn't have any other life?My gosh...Jacob should be thankful he didn't imprint on her!Oh, and in Eclipse when Bella says "I hope you never fall in love whith someone as selfish as that(Cathy form Withering Heights)", I was like "too late, Edward".

You really notice it in New Moon when she has no friends. She had wrapped her whole life around her boyfriend that the second he removed himself from her life, she had no one to turn to. And when Edward comes back, she goes right back to making him her entire life. That is a serious danger in real life, girls (and guys!) placing such an iomportance on their significant other, that they forget to live their own life. Who wants to date someone with no life?

I swear, I thought the same thing when I read that part!

haha, that's awesome!Yeah, Bella is one of the main reasons that Twilight willl never be as good as HP. How can Stephenie write 4 books about Bella, and still think she's unselfidh?I mean, she would know her own characters more than anyone else!
