so before i read the twilight series, i was a bit, shall we say less than good to ms meyer. but i took the time 2 weeks ago to read them, and genuinely loved the books. yeah her writing style is a little child like and the charchters can be a little 2d on occassion, but regardless, you love the story, you empathise with the characters, you get attached to the story.
just caught the trailers for the twilight movie and they look brilliant. like harry potter they have so much pressure from their fans but as far as i can see it looks pretty darn awesome ^^ _________________ now were did i put that horcrux?

Which makes no sense to me because Jacob doesn't talk much during that scene... Edward just reads his mind and answers. Yeah, welcome to the dark side. I also really like Charlie, myself. He pissed me off in Eclipse, but I blame SMeyer for that rather than Charlie. She took him really off character in that book. The real Charlie would never condone someone sexually assaulting his daughter. I adore Angela, Seth, and Embry. Who doesn't love the Cullens? I'm not a big fan of Rosalie, but I think that SMeyer really failed at developing her character. _________________

I think Stephanie failed me on Charlie and Rosalie, too. If not for Eclipse, I'd adore Charlie completely.
I love Alice, although I didn't really love that she pushed Bella into that huge wedding. As someone who doesn't want a large wedding, I know how Bella felt. However, I dont' blame Alice, I blame Bella for not compromising. I love Alice... and I love Jasper, too. Of course I love Esme and Carlisle, too. And yeah, I love my sparkly Edward.
I also like Leah and Seth. Seth is definitely one of my favorite characters and I really wish Stephanie had spent more time developing them. She was a complete child about recieving gifts and attending events, which only made it harder to like her as a main character.
