I can't blame Dudley for being the way that he is, his parents raised him that way with Harry Potter always there to look down on. It seems like the bullying and the boasting came naturally.

There's a point, an age when you start knowing for yourself what's wrong, of course Dudders can be blamed, since he's not totally stupid...but wait, sometimes I wonder that... Laughing no way, if he has enough intelligence to talk pigs language, he has enough intelligence to comprend this. Cool
