Ugh I know. I only started drawing thses because someone on Deviantart was very good, like professional, and I was so mad I couldn't do that.

my faves are the harry, ginny, and bella... well bella always looks good simply because she is bella! hahaha! well, you do a good job of shading... ive a pretty difficult time in that, which is why my drawings look pretty much one dimensional.

what i give importance to is the aura of the character, how their expression should look, stuff like that... shading doesnt matter much to me... simply because i have never figured it out after seventeen years of drawing... oh well, maybe i need to go to an art school for that.

Nah, its fine to learn by just experimenting. I learned all that by experimenting with some shading pencils, and I'm only 12!

I'm losing track of this board and my other fav, so no idea if I've posted this before. To sum it up, I was writing a story (lets just say drawing is my thing, not writing) but I used Tarja Turunen as the face for the mermaid character. So yeah - my character based off of her with some slight differences and younger...not as good...
