For the longest time for me it was always PoA, i have read that book more than any other of the seven books, but i reread HBP and i fell in love with it... so i picked the 6th book, then it goes the third followed by the 7th book.

The original was the best, the first, it was the first and was very good and wasn't as squashed up as the other ones.

I liked the deathly hallows ALOT but I chose the order of the phoenix seeing as it had the best ENDING. U kno the bit in the ministry place and all that. To be honest I don't really like the first book anymore. Liked it the first time I read it but compared to the other 6, it wasn't NEARLY as good. Never really liked the prisoner of azkaban either cos there was NO MAIN villain. Every book had a bad guy: first: Professor quirrel/voldermort, second: TEENAGE voldermort, Fourth: Voldermort, Fifth: Voldermort and death eaters, sixth: Kinda varies...I'd say the death eaters and Snape and finally the seventh: Death eaters, spiders, giants and voldermort. The third book only had a FALSE villain: Sirius black AND wormtail was only a PARTAIAL villain but u gotta admit. There was no bad guy. Jus story. lol I don't like story without an initial BAD GUY!!! Twisted Evil Over all I prefer the 4th - 7th books best.

HP and the HBP, hands down. I loved learning about Voldemort's history and the horcruxes.

Spoiler:

It's too bad that the Gaunts were cut out of the HBP film. I would have enjoyed that very much.

My favorite is definitely #7. I love all the books, but I think that the series just gets better and better with each book.
