I liked when Kinsley say this line "Ain't gonna like this Minister but..you can' deny it...Dumbledore got his styles" and how Sirius say to harry in the battle at the ministry "Nice one James

The quote's actually "You may not like him, Minister, but you can't deny.. Dumbledore's got style." and Sirius mistaking Harry for James is terrible.
As far as my favourite quote, probably:
Umbridge: You applied first for the DADA post, is that correct?
Snape: Yes..
Umbridge: But you were unsuccessful?
Snape: Obviously.
Alan Rickman's voice makes my knees weak.

and after dumbledore and voldemort battle and dumbledore is with harry and harry talks to voldemort.
i dont remember exactly what harry says but i loved watching and hearing it in the movie. and i like when he says,
"...and I feel sorry for you..." and that whole conversation |

Ooo, the 'obviously' part was priceless. His voice is so perfect. Umbridge here is totally swimming in shark infested water. The way he says 'yes', aw...He is awesome.
