Wow, the magical bond, I thought that was directly and solely due to Lily Evans death, and not enforced using Petunia. It was just as a sister, Petunia offered Harry protection.
So you think that for the bond to exist, Petunia has to have some magical powers? Wow, I hadn't thought of that.
Petunia seemed jealous of Lilys powers.
Do you think she refused a place at Hogwarts, or wasn't offered a place?

I was kind of figuring that lily got her letter first and was jealous. When she came back the next year able to do all sorts of wonderful thing petunia hated her even ore and probably thought it was weird and thats why she either...ignored her letter or never got one. If she did notice any powers it might have faded away because she didn't want them. Has you can tell she thinks Harry are "abnormal" and she might have though the same about hers.

Somethings odd about Petunias jealousy towards her sister.
However Lily seemed to be the bright, funny, intelligent one, or a bit of a catch, so I have always discounted this sibling rivalry.
I wouldn't be surprised if Petunia has a little magic - but I was surprised that anyone else felt the same.
*mutters, moans, bet TDM still has the Snape logo, tut - tut, mutters more*

It was made on Oa and is run by Oan energy. It is a one of a kind computer, there are only 3 more of it the whole Universe. There is no way to buy one.
